I thought of taking a much clichéd “last sunset of the year” photograph. It really may be so as I may not be able to get the sunset from near the Al Qasbah Canal, next year. The skyline would probably be just skyscrapers then.

A tea festival is on at the Al Qasbah. I was a little too early, as I couldn’t get a cup of tea. The kiosks marked India, Sri Lanka and UK had not switched on their water boilers.

I managed to get a flock of sea gulls, flying into the sunset.
